Over the past 10 years, the wisdom and beauty of the human body have taught me more than I could have ever imagined, the power of healing touch humbles me every day, and the gifts I receive from giving are innumerable.  My journey as a massage therapist began with the intention to enhance my palpation skills before moving on into the world of medicine.  I aspired to make a change in the healthcare system, but little did I know I could fulfill that goal, and achieve so much more, as a therapeutic massage therapist.

I believe that collectively, informed and empowered individuals have the potential to create the most change.  Therapeutic massage has the capacity to initiate an exploration of the inner environment, invite us to listen to the quiet voice of innate wisdom, welcome and integrate each unique experience in the body and in the world, and ultimately empower us to take responsibility for our own health.

I am passionate about health, healing, and learning. Thankfully, the opportunities for growth and discovery are endless with, and within, the body. I strive to expand my knowledge every year by taking continuing education classes, receiving bodywork regularly, and honoring my own evolving healing journey.

I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings including a massage school, a spa, a chiropractor's office, and ultimately my own practice. My current schedule is set around the needs of my family, so if none of the times available work for you, please don't hesitate to reach out.  I will try my best to find something that works for both of us!

As a fourth generation Montanan, I care deeply about my community and understand the many challenges that can arise within it. I offer creative discounts so that regular massage can be incorporated into your preventative healthcare routine, so ask me about them today!

"Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words."
