Therapeutic work is rooted in connection, connection is established through listening, and we hear/feel more when we are not rushed. This is why I offer a minimum of 90-minute sessions,  to facilitate the greatest potential for therapeutic work to take place.

If you're a new client, our first session will be 2 hours to ensure that we aren't rushed through the intake and to ensure you get a full 90 minutes of hands on time!

It's amazing how time flies when we're in the flow of a session.  If 90 minutes isn't quite enough, let's do a little more!

Timeless Experience

Change takes time, and when we invite the body's innate wisdom to guide the session, its pace doesn't always correlate with the clock. Let go of the constraint of time, give yourself permission to melt into full presence. Often these sessions last about 3 hours.
